• Edge margin: keep artwork clear of the canvas edge. The platform crops right up to the border, and art that touches it often gets cut off or rejected.

Naming matters too: files use a two-digit sequence from 01 to 24, and a main image and its thumbnail must share the same number. Gaps or mismatched numbers in the sequence count as a rejection reason on their own.

The most common rejection reasons are: dimensions off by even a single pixel, file size over the limit because nothing was compressed, main images and thumbnails whose numbering doesn't match, transparency that wasn't cleaned up properly, artwork bleeding into the edge margin, and GIFs with more frames than the platform allows.
